Rainer Koppitz

Chief Executive Officer

 

 

Rainer leads B2X’ more than 1,000 employees and global ecosystem with 500 trusted service partners in executing B2X’s vision and strategy. Rainer has more than two decades of experience in business technology with leadership positions at Siemens, Dell, British Telecom and NFON.

 

Rainer has significant expertise in Software as a Service (SaaS), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Customer Care. As an international business leader, he has a proven track record in leading both startup companies and large international organizations in the technology and telecommunications industries. Rainer’s responsibilities at B2X include Strategy, Communications and Investor Relations.

 

Rainer launched his business career at Siemens and held management positions in thriving technology companies, including CEO at NFON, a venture capital backed leading provider of high-end telephone systems from the cloud, and Vice President and General Manager of Dell’s service division in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Rainer joined B2X from British Telecom where he served as CEO for Germany and Austria. 

 

Sven Merkel

Senior Finance Director

 

Sven is responsible for all financial matters at B2X. Sven has more than 20 years of experience in international financial management with leadership positions in companies such as Orange, Swisscom and e-on (former VIAG). Besides working with blue-chip companies, Sven has been engaged with startup projects where he developed a deep passion for day-to-day operations as well as for long-term value creation.

 

Before joining B2X, Sven has been CFO with oodji, a leading retail-driven organization in the textile industry with more than 3,000 employees and 400 retail outlets. During his career he actively led various company expansions and international business roll-outs. He also managed several restructuring programs leading to significant cost savings in the high double-digit percentage range. Sven started his career at KPMG and took on first management responsibility as an Accounting Manager with Philip Morris. He holds a diploma degree in Business Economics from the Goethe University in Frankfurt.

Phil Telfer

Chief Sales Officer

Phil is responsible for the growth strategy of B2X and manages all global and regional sales activities, including account management and business development for strategic focus markets such as Asian manufacturers and insurance companies.

 

Prior to B2X, Phil served as Vice President Global Sales at Redknee, a Canadian provider of billing solutions. Phil has spent more than 15 years in the telecommunication industry and has held several management positions at Nokia Siemens Network before Redknee. There he was, among others, Head of Southern Africa & Vodafone MEA.

Dr. Marc Achhammer

Chief Operating Officer

Marc is responsible for all global and regional operations at B2X and is responsible for the areas of service delivery, delivery management, control center, supply chain management, group IT as well as service and product management. His exceptional strategic and communicative skills ensure long-term customer loyalty and satisfaction.

 

Prior to joining B2X, Marc was Senior Vice President of Sales Key Accounts for UNIFY, formerly part of Siemens Enterprise Communications. Marc has more than 15 years of experience in the telecommunication sector. Prior to joining UNIFY, he was Managing Director, Broadband and Senior Vice President, Head of WiMax at Sagemcom and Gigaset Communications. Marc earned a doctoral degree in theoretical physics and has a master's degree in philosophy.

Ranjeet Walunj

Chief Technology Officer

Ranjeet is the CTO of B2X for India. He has over 14 years of management experience in the media and technology sectors at well-known companies such as MediaTurf, Euro RSCG and Interpole Technologies, where he developed online solutions to develop new business models.

 

Prior to joining B2X, Ranjeet was the technology leader for the company TSS for 5 years and has extensive experience in providing innovative solutions to the service industry. Basically, his profound knowledge of software in the area of project management, open source and network security helps B2X to develop new and creative solutions for its customers. Andrew Humphries

Head of Global Delivery Management

 

 

Andy has been working for B2X in a number of roles from project lead to his current role as a Head of Global Delivery Management. With management expertise working directly for NEC, Sendo and Motorola, he contributes to create a complete understanding of the global service landscape.

 

Philipp Rennert

Head of Global Solution Design

 

 

Philipp heads Solution Design at B2X and brings in more than 6 years of consulting expertise at Barkawi Management Consultants. He is an expert consultant in international telecommunications and holds a degree in Industrial engineering with a focus on logistics and supply chain.

Marek Olszowy

Head of Global Service Operations

 

 

Marek has been at B2X since initiation and now manages Service Operations globally. Marek holds an S4 MBA from Siemens Management Training along with a Master’s Degree in Electronics and ensures operational excellence at B2X with outstanding experience in the electronics and mobile sectors.

Kimberly Meyer

Head of Global Marketing and Communication

 

 

Kimberly leads global marketing and communication at B2X and is responsible for the strategic development and implementation of all marketing and communication activities. Kim holds an MBA and has more than 15 year’s work experience leading high-impact marketing and communication campaigns in the consumer and B2B sectors.

Sebastian Bott

Head of Service Product Management

 

 

Sebastian has great experience in customer and after sales strategy including a professional consulting background in working for Barkawi Management Consultants and Daimler. His focus is on telecommunications, OEM and Mobile Devices to bring value to a perfect consumer journey with his result-driven and consumer orientated mindset.

Max Grabmayr

CEO and CSO B2X India

 

 

Max is the CEO for B2X India and has been working for B2X since the start. He began his career at Barkawi Management Consultants. Max has extensive knowledge on after-sales and operational efficiencies and has worked extensively in India, Southeast Asia, Europe and North America.

Melville Fernandes

COO India

 

 

Melville is based in Mumbai, India and comes with 20 year’s work experience in the field of customer service and management. He has deep knowledge in various areas such as customer life cycle management and process automation. Prior to B2X, he has held senior management positions at renowned companies such as Axesstel Inc and BPL Limited

Alexander Villanueva

Head of Sales Americas

 

 

Alexander has 14 years of business experience with significant expertise in customer service, account management and sales. Before joining B2X he held senior management positions at Nokia and Microsoft.  Alexander received a Master’s Degree in Global Business Administration and speaks English and Spanish fluently.

Rodrigo Angel

Head of Operations Americas

 

 

Rodrigo is the Regional Director for Latin-America at b2x. He is mainly responsible for the after- sales service operation and maintenance of the technical service for several manufacturers in Latin America, USA and Canada. He is always thriving to find new business opportunities through added value solution to the customer.

Steve Deacon

Head of Operations EMEA and APAC

 

 

Steve leads B2X’s repair and supply chain operations across Europe and Asia-Pacific. With 20 years of operations management experience in the global after-sales industry, he helps accelerate B2X’ growth through operational excellence and lean management principles. Steve holds a degree in International Operations Management and is a Six Sigma Black Belt.

Chen Liang

Head of Sales China

 

 

Chen leads the business in China and APAC. Before joining B2X in 2013 he worked 12 years for the ZTE Corporation internationally. He has deep experience in the telecommunication industry through many successful projects with Vodafone, Deutsche Telekom and China Mobile. He graduated from Sun Yat-Sen University in 2001 and speaks Chinese, German, French and English fluently.
