Nubia Selects B2X as Customer Care Partner, Supporting the Launch of New Smartphones in India

Nubia announces partnership with B2X to provide support to
customers in India via 34 SMARTBAR walk-in service centers

 

MUMBAI and MUNICH – February 14, 2017 – International smartphone maker Nubia Technology Co. Ltd. (Nubia) has selected B2X as its strategic customer care partner for India. B2X, the leading technology-enabled provider of customer care services for mobile devices and consumer electronics, operates an extensive network of SMARTBAR walk-in service centers throughout the Indian market that are utilized by some of the world’s leading mobile brands such as Apple, Lenovo, OnePlus, Samsung and Xiaomi.

Over the years, nubia has revolutionized the smartphone industry by being the first to introduce a bezel-less design as well as bringing advanced photography technologies to users. The walk-in service center network operated by B2X provides personal support and service for any related issues in all Indian big cities at 34 locations, with more service centers joining the after sales service network for nubia in the next few months. All services and repairs are performed by certified customer support experts and certified service engineers. The entire nubia service process is integrated with the B2X SMARTCARE Technology platform that provides real-time visibility on every interaction from the moment a customer calls or visits a service center to the moment a repaired device is being returned.
