The first customer was BenQ-Siemens, a renowned mobile brand who entrusted B2X with its warranty obligations after withdrawing from the market. Post-Sales Service for a Connected World
B2X ventured into the IoT connected devices market, commencing projects with prominent mobile, consumer electronics, and IoT technology leaders like Apple, Google, Samsung, and Xiaomi. The post-sales service solution portfolio kept growing, and new features were incorporated into B2X's technology platform, solidifying its position as a one-of-a-kind digital platform in the after-sales industry.

With BlackBerry and Research in Motion, B2X secured its largest customer to date, marking a major milestone in the company's history. This success initiated the expansion of the worldwide service network and enabled substantial investments in the development of a unique technology platform, which served as the nucleus of the B2X digital platform powering all solutions today.
