Alfons Krauthausen

Alfons has been CEO of B2X since 2019, overseeing corporate strategy, business development, ESG, investor relations, and M&A. With over two decades of experience in global supply chains and after-sales services, he brings a strategic vision focused on innovation and sustainability. Originally from the Rhineland, Alfons now lives in Cologne and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Cologne.

Sander Nijssen

Chief Financial Officer

Sander joined B2X in 2025 as CFO, bringing over 15 years of experience scaling high-growth ventures across Europe. From robotics to SaaS, he’s led finance teams in VC- and PE-backed companies, combining financial rigor with a strong business mindset. At B2X, he focuses on strategic clarity, operational discipline, and unlocking value across regions and service lines. Originally from the Netherlands, Sander now lives in Berlin with his family.

Andrew Humphries

Chief Operating Officer

Andrew has been with B2X since 2013 and currently leads our global operations as COO. He is responsible for delivering project capacity and operational excellence to our clients worldwide. A passionate advocate for automation and data-driven processes, Andrew is based in the UK and brings hands-on experience from Europe, Asia, and the Americas

Simon Dunn

Vice President Business Development

As VP of Global Business Development at B2X, Simon drives international growth, strategic sales, and key partnerships. Since joining in 2022, he has led global expansion efforts with a focus on sustainable revenue and innovation. He holds a Master’s in Business, Management, and Marketing from Heriot-Watt University and is based in the UK.

Benedikt joined B2X in 2020 and leads our digital platform services. Based in Germany, he manages a global team focused on continuous platform innovation and API-driven integration.
